It frustrates when you get a notification and you find no incident in the  App.

No existing offline solution for employees that are less experienced with such online platforms.

My experience using FaceUp has not resulted in my identification of aspects I dislike.

The thing I like the most about this software is the ease of use.

There are a lot of functions with this product (not that that is a bad thing) but it can be overwhelming.

The system is easy to use, accessible anywhere and is backed by outstanding customer support.

If you do not use some of those functions one tends to forget how to set it up such as custom forms or pulling data into a simpler form.

The team at Tracker has been tremendous from my first contact with them. The product is top-notch and the customer service is fantastic.
