  • Pros

  • Tremendous value and customer service is outstanding. Their reps are very empathetic to small business situations and provide really helpful tips and recommendations without being overbearing.
  • I love having the ability to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and also the feature that tracks opens and clicks on the campaigns I send so I can see how effective my email are.
  • Cons

  • I made a couple mistakes setting up the emails to be sent out on subsequent days but they were all my mistakes.
  • Very odd and vague 'your account must be validated' process.

  • It is a real game-changer and the $ for $ best investment I made for connecting with the ideal prospects and warming them up to a conversation.
  • Very easy to use, and understand. Help me spend time on things that matter more.
  • Cons

  • The support is terrible. It takes days to receive a response to an inquiry if you get a response back at all.
  • Difficult too install the paid version by paypal.
