SCAM ALERT - Horrible experience with the software and with the support team. I cancelled the subscription only to find out a few days later that it wasn't cancelled and I was charged anyway.

I signed up for the subscription which only was available annually. I cancelled after getting 1 whole lead.

That priority is also because of the accuracy that it has and its frustrating to reach out to a wrong person after spending $0.5 per contact.

Now they are saying since I want to cancel that they only do refunds in the first 24 hours. Well when you refuse to respond until the 24 hours is up, that is an extremely shady business practice.

I really don't know what to say apart from that - it's simply a solid and reliable, not overpriced tool for my marketing needs which makes the work done.
