The flexibility in creating rules for events is a great tool. For a solo practitioner AbacusLaw is a godsend.

I generally hate software that requires an ongoing subscription or nickels and dimes you for every added feature, but Abacuslaw is tolerable in that regard.

Very comprehensive lot of capability, customer support has been good.

As stated above, several staff in my office have found the software confusing and difficult to use.

What I like most about this software is that it is very user friendly. I am not very tech savvy so this software is very nice and easy to use.

The updates are a pain, because we have to call and have this done remotely. We can't do the updates ourselves.

It's been very good for our firm, as it really has great calendaring and reminder features.

Very negative with unskilled tech support. The remote log in does not work.

Abacus Law  Is an Excellent Software Program that Enables Users to Link Important Information.

Your support team is fairly fast to respond and when they do respond most of the people we have dealt with speak English quite well. As a person with hearing issues, this is extremely important to me.

There were numerous issues with duplicate contacts, duplicate emails, multiple scheduling issues, and failed to easily integrate with other applications such as Outlook 2016.

The pricing is very expensive so we only have one user license. We just to  have 4, but had to cut back.

Abacus had great reports and I really liked the billing. Cosmolex just seemed to fit our office better.

The software is user friendly which is great for a busy law office. Staff are able to use the system with ease and the intake forms are awesome.

I like that Abacus was easy to learn and is user friendly. I use Abacus to calendar all of our Attorney's events, and I love that it keeps me and our office organized.

I have not had a negative experience. Whenever there has been an issue we have contacted customer support and the problem was taken care of right away.

I was familiar with a different case management software from another law firm. I was happy to be able to convince my current employer to obtain this very useful tool for our firm.

The ease of use and the ability to link people who are already in the database to new matters. The ability to set up forms with fields that automatically populate is also a fabulous feature.

Overall experience with your system is very good, any issues that we have had have been dealt with very quickly. Good follow up service from your customer service staff.

Additionally, our accountant struggled with it, and urged the switch to Quickbooks.

I don't like that if I put something in a wrong area and that it can't be duplicated and moved to the correct area - having to redo everything manually as a new user is frustrating.

The single best part of Cosmolex is their customer support staff that is always quick to help.

I have enjoyed the ease of learning and using this software. I like the Dashboard that tells you many useful things at a glance.

Nothing seems to be a problem for me with this software.

Stability, integrated accounting, and better support staff. I used Clio for a couple years at my last firm, and I have zero intention of switching back.

A great leap forward from our previous (non-cloud) software.

I have not had any issues about the product. While I am not blown away with positive experiences, I am pleasantly satisfied with the software.

Overall I would rank the product very High as stated before I think it is a good value for the money. Easy soft tech support and all staff I have had contact with have been most helpful.

I frankly don't have much of anything to offer in the way of complaints.

I have also had problems in editing invoice forms because you have to have some knowledge of coding, but I have been able to figure it out.

The Pros with Cosmolex is once you learn all the features it is really easy to work with. I believe with entering the money portion on Cosmolex has been easier than any other system.

I am very pleased with Cosmolex and have recommended it to other solo and small practitioners. Including LawPay in the package is a huge added bonus.

It is easy to use (user friendly) and easy to navigate. Pretty self explanatory and if you need help, that is easy to find as well.

It takes care of the file management and is mostly user friendly. Your customer service department is very helpful and take the stress away from issues quickly.

There is not a thing I do not like about this software. So easy to use and really user friendly.

Additionally, we purchased the migration service. Each person I worked with was amazingly knowledgeable and professional, but the actual migration was a disaster.

I am giving this a poor review for the following reasons: (1) Cosmolex is really only price-efficient if you are a solo attorney.

All of this really helped my small, but growing practice save some money, while getting all the tools I need.

I appreciate most the ability to correct errors in accounting when they are noticed and the integration with the trust account.

We chose CosmoLex for our firm because we liked the bookkeeping integration. The system is extremely easy to use and more intuitive than QuickBooks.

I specifically like the integration with LawPay, and it’s built in accounting functionality.

Again, it's essential to my practice, and the built-in accounting is fantastic.
