It can be difficult to use data for reports, where some data does not interact usually within the system. It's necessary on our end to use other software to review statistics and to report.

Plus the higher monthly fee. I spoke to 3 provider companies and all were charging more than $5,000, and the day I stopped paying my AS subscription all that work would be lost.

It is very easy to use and navigate. I would recommend this portal to other paralegals.

The calendar is great too. This is miles above any other legal software I have used.

Options for integration with accounting and invoicing software is fairly limited. Learning curve is a bit steeper than other cloud based systems.

Catastrophic customer service and lack of common sense - too bad, it's a promising software.

Integration in our firm was somewhat difficult only due to time constraints; nothing to do with the product itself.

Wonky, outdated interface; poor email integration, and terrible customer support. Clio and Zola Suite both really outshine ActionStep by a mile.

This, in turn, will save the firm a lot of money.

Good visual layout, adding new matters is relatively simple, scratchpad feature is useful.

Search results are limited to 200, no matter how many contacts you have from that city, and you can only see 10 per page, and the results are not sortable; they come in random order.

Adding things can be difficult, it can be very slow and freeze. It is difficult to load letter heads etc if they are not the selected size.

Works from a browser and integrates with GSuite, ASANA etc. Great search and easy to use.

The salespeople were nice and I believe genuine.

Overall, our experience with Actionstep has been great and has made the office much more efficient so that our clients receive top quality work.

The ease of integration between Actionstep and Office software has been very useful. The two programs work seamlessly with each other.

The overall efficiencies of the product are brilliant. Increasing productivity of fee earners and support staff.

This software is intuitive and easy to use. It is logical, very organized and user friendly - similar to using an app on your phone.

The ability to build my practice management system my way, using tools available within Actionstep and also through the integration of other applications.

I like that it keeps all of our records easily accessible without having to pull each file.

Given these problems, we are preparing our exit. It is an economic disaster for us (losses in implementation and losses on invoicing).

The accounts package is comprehensive. The system is very good value for money and you are not locked into an annual contract.

The best feature is the ability for everyone to enter their time contemporaneously.

Having the ability to customize it via workflows is a huge advantage for us. We also use the document merge features very heavily.

We have been using Actionstep for nearly 10 years, relatively trouble-free, and it has proved to be easy to use for new employees, and has met our needs.

I cant say enough about how this software helps to organize our small firm and keeps us on track with respect to keeping track of revenue goals, etc.

Third, this is so simple I fail to understand why it isnt in place.

The support staff is very responsive and will try to thoroughly understand and address the issues for us.

The techo people are not trained in real technical problems and use the excuse of putting something to the 'development' team. I am not sure the development team exists.

The display of the program is good and some of the support team is quite responsive.

The positives far outweigh the few negatives, it's a good and fruitful process automation software.

Setup costs were restrictive to me so I did it myself and I am unaware of some features.

It's good all-in-one-place legal process management with simple ways to assign tasks to partners and associates and to set proper workflows.

I liked the price and the ease of the setup. Since this was my first experience, I don't have anything to compare it to.

It always allows duplicates within the same page which is at times inappropriate and disappointing.

Logikcull's support team is approachable and readily available to answer any typical user questions, which saves us from worrying about increased demands on our IT department.

I don't have any dislikes of the software, I do dislike the name. I'd prefer it spelled Logicull.

And, if you have any questions, their staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Best of all, they have a transparent pricing structure with no hidden fees.

We are a growing firm with a wide variety of technological skills and comfort levels, and Logikcull has been an excellent fit for us.

Ability to run searches and reports myself and cost.

Logikcull is very easy to use with only minimal training.

The ease of use is probably the number one feature. It is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

I don't get to use it very much because of budget constraints, but I it has streamlined the review of emails for litigation cases.

I have had a great experience using Logikcull and we continue using it here at the firm.

This is a very user friendly product and has simplified document review.

File compatibility is limited to standard, Windows-based programs (i.e. Microsoft Office), images, PDF, and PST. Limited functionality beyond the document production stage.

If it is at the end of the month, even the last day you will be charged for the whole month. Also remove documents from their workspace when you are done so you don't get charged for them.

Easy to use; low cost; intuitive; great tags and comment features.

The lag time can be a pain, and it also freezes occasionally in large databases.

A missed step or a misunderstood function here or there can mean having to repeat a task. The learning curve is steep.

I am a big fan of this product, and have told several of my friends to try it out.

It's easy to tag documents and organize them so I can locate them later. Customer service was extremely quick to respond and always helped me figure out any questions I had.

I liked how easy it was to navigate and utilize the functions for document review.

So far it has been a very effective tool in legal document review and file management.

Being able to upload documents myself, quickly review at my own pace, and then output them quickly and easily with very customizable parameters makes this the easy choice for my office.
