I like that it is built specifically for NDIS providers. Easy of use for CRM Participant/client management and supports Support coordination workflows

Cons:

price for sole traders I looked into it as a sole trader, and it was out of my price range I would have to build more clients

Pros:

Easy to use and great for storing client information. Billing is quick and easy and links to Xero. Great support when any issues have presented. Helps me keep on track with progress for my clients and ensure that check-ins or plan reviews are planned more efficiently.

Cons:

Haven't experienced any issues related to Astalty which makes it difficult to provide feedback on what I like least.

Pros:

ASTALTY has been relatively straightforward to learn. It also comes with training video's and slides that take you through every process step-by-step.

Cons:

Funding Periods and including this into templates for Schedule of Supports. Currently you have include this information in the budget to get it to auto generate into your document. Reporting - needs some attention so you can customise what data you are needing to capture. Budget monitoring - currently it only monitors the default charge correctly and often this doesn't reflect available funding still making it easy to over spend with the funding periods in place. Price - It would be good to be able to pick and choose the features you needs and leave out the rest. Templates and Forms - there aren't may built into the system already so you have to create everything from scratch. It would be good to see actual risk assessment, support plans etc built directly into the system instead of form generating. The risks section - doesn't hit the mark for actual risk assessment. Compliance - It would be great to see this built into the platform so you had a dedicated space to upload all policies and procedures and have them marked as read for your staff.

I’ve had a really good experience using Astalty. It’s very easy to configure and use compared to the previous software I was using for Support Coordination. It helps me stay organised, manage participants, and keep on top of my daily workload without overcomplicating things.

Good value for money, very user-friendly, helpful support, easy access to client information, reliable calendar and reminders, solid reporting (with room for flexibility), and no major bugs or issues affecting daily use.

Cons:

There’s not much to complain about, but like any system there are always small things that can be improved over time. Overall, it does what I need it to do, and I’m keen to see the future of Astalty and what new features it brings.

The switch was made at a company level, but it has been a positive change as Astalty is easier to use and helps me stay more organised in my role, especially for Support Coordination.

Streamlined NDIS billing and case management

Overall, it is an exceptionally reliable platform, particularly if your business leans heavily into support coordination, participant management, and compliance. It drastically cuts down on administrative overhead and the manual data entry usually required to get paid accurately in the NDIS space. The interface is intuitive to navigate and the platform feels like it was genuinely built by people who understand the disability sector.

Pros:

The Xero integration is incredibly seamless and completely eliminates the need to double enter invoices or rely on manual spreadsheets for billing. It also has strict front end data validation, which stops staff from entering incorrect NDIS line items and saves a massive amount of time troubleshooting PRODA bulk upload errors. The transparent, flat per user pricing structure is also a huge plus.

Cons:

The rostering and shift management features are a bit basic. If you are managing a massive, distributed team, it lacks some of the more advanced features like automated worker matching or open shift bidding that purely rostering focused platforms offer.

Reasons for switching to Astalty

The primary driver was a desire to move away from excessive reliance on spreadsheets and time consuming manual workflows. We needed a more automated approach to the billing and approval process to eliminate the manual work currently required to reconcile invoices. While ShiftCare is strong for basic rostering, we were looking for a platform that offered more robust, integrated workflow management and NDIS compliance oversight to reduce administrative errors and data cleanup.

A Leading CRM in the Disability Sector

We a InVision have been using Astalty for the last year and a half. I have worked in both the disability sector and the IT sector so have used my fair share of CRM's. Astalty is one of the most user friendly CRM's I have used, but just as important is that it is more functional then many 'out of the box, ready to use CRM's'. It's ability to efficiently and reliably, track, bill and document services for support coordination services is literally unmatched. The rostering module for support workers that they have released, makes it easy to create a template and assign staff by participant preference. Tracking participant progress, a few clicks away, want to confirm participant's funding utilization, a few clicks away. Want to invoice to participants, a few clicks away, want to track a teams billable hours, literally on the homescreen. Want to design in depth Incident Reports, can do, want to build a roster with variable charges across multiple days, go that covered. Integration with Xero for Activity statements and payroll, already there. Team members not used to using a CRM? There is a plethora of written and video guides that you can access and share with them. During our registration audit, I praised Astalty that much for time saved and ease of use the auditor asked me if I was getting paid by them for this! I would recommend Astalty to any provider whether they are just starting out, or looking to move to a new CRM.

Pros:

Support Coordination Tracking - Simple, effective and a powerful CRM that will support providers with compliance. Invoicing - Simple, easy process that ensures consistent revenue flow with limited time and effort (assuming your staff has tasked correctly!) Report Generation - Simple to use and generate, but also provides an excellent report, both from a data standpoint but also a visual presentation stand point. Templates - Astalty provides up to date NDIS documents that can be generated with a click of a button. It is also very easy to add your own template and have Astalty generate that. (Service Agreement/Consent to share)

Cons:

Out of the box progress noting for support workers, at this stage needs some work or user customisation to reliably ensure that reporting is done to our standards. Same goes for the default Incident Report Form. Requires organizational development to meet your organisation standards. To be fair though, the tool provide are easy to use and straight forward and I believe that any CRM would require this.

I've used numerous CRM systems for support coordination and case management, and Astalty is the best, by far! The team behind the scenes are fabulous and know the industry inside-out (which is likely why and how they've built such an incredible system).

Pros:

Astalty is incredibly well priced and represents insane value for money. You're not capped in any way re the number of Participant profiles you can create like other platforms (which also cost 3 times as much per month for their entry level subscpritions). The responsiveness of the Astalty team and the help guides and videos make everything super clear, and the invoicing component is BRILLIANT. I'm not a Xero user - I'm a MYOB user, and I have no issues at all managing the invoicing side of things in Astalty. I was adament I would keep my manual invoicing process in place when I made the switch to Astalty, but the Astalty team convinced me to trust the system - and as a result I've now got an extra 2 to 3 hours a fortnight! The updates which come out are well explained, and logical. The support coordination role is so incredibly challenging that I don't think I would have hung in there some days if I didn't have the most intuitive CRM at my fingertips to deal with the admin!

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike about Astalty. There is nothing that I annoys me about it, and nothing that I wish would change. Zero complaints from me!

Reasons for choosing Astalty

I switched from Careview - however Careview wasn't in the product list provided. I was limited in the number of client profiles I could create without the cost increasing significantly in Careview. The interface wasn't as intuitive as I needed, and I was spending too long on the billing side of things. So many other coordinators recommended Astalty to me, the cost was very competititive, and the demonstration the Astalty team took me through showed me how easy it would be to use. The support offered for the merge was also excellent.

Astalty - Would Highly Reccommend

Positive, I have used other systems such as lumary, denmax, and many others and this is the easiest to navigate and utilise. The response to questions about how to do an action within Astalty is also excellent and is usually received within an hour or less.

I like the ease of use and options it provides; it is also very cost-effective. Funding tracking is an excellent option, and all the other options align very well with the role of support coordination and the management of a support coordination team, such as team reports, billables, etc. It is also a very easy system to teach beginners.

Cons:

It sometimes gives incorrect funding remaining. I have been unable to identify what is causing this glitch yet.

What I like most about Astalty is that it has been designed specifically for NDIS Support Coordination. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and brings everything I need into one place, including participant information, case notes, task management, funding tracking, and reporting. It saves me a significant amount of administrative time, helps me stay organised, and ensures I can efficiently manage my participants' supports. Cons:

Pros:

Astalty was a new platform for me, and I have found the program streamlined for workflows and centralising data. I can easily assign tasks, track progress and keep everything organised in one place.

Cons:

Reporting features could be improved to have more flexibility for users to tailor reports. When we have needed to update a report, or requested support, the response time has been very quick. Sometimes, I found the features of the software to take some time to learn, but with regular use it was manageable.

Reasons for switching to Astalty

I used Visual Care in another organisation. I switched to Astalty when I joined my new employer.
