I like that Avaza simplifies issue, time and cost tracking on projects. Integration with third-party applications is an added advantage as it advances capabilities.

I think the software is a great solution for simplifying my business processes, is easy to use and does everything I need and more.

When in doubt or have questions the support team is very helpful and responds quickly. The live demonstration was very useful and helped answer a lot of my questions.

No way to use offline on pc as its an online web based application.

While there are some issues with Avaza, they're all very minor. Simple things like limited viewing options for time sheets, the inability to assign tasks to multiple users, and the limited templates.

Avaza is a very powerful tool for managing timesheet and projects scheduling, it is very easy to add your timesheet on daily or weekly basis. Scheduling is also a very easy and flexible.

I just get confused and get lost with so much reporting options. Also, I think the report should be under every particular subject.

It is a web-based tool, which unfortunately means there is no PC/desktop version to utilize when offline, you need to be online to make use of this.

Also of great help is the reports ability which enables us to quickly generate customized reports from all the data loaded onto the platform.

We have moved to Avaza from the model were we used much more expensive PM software and our own billing software. Super happy about having everyting in one place.

Very good experience so far. It has been very helpful getting the business organized and streamlined.

Furthermore the timesheets are well integrated into the software. The collaboration with internal and external (customers/suppliers) people is well designed and easy to manage.

I like that I can track my projects and tasks, and easily produce an invoice (based on the integrated time tracker) at the end of the month.

What I and my team members liked very much, is intuitive and simple interface. Also, it has many reports and good support.

The timesheet and expense management features are really beneficial in Avaza and the ease of accessing all the data is really great.

Good Software But Customer Service/Tech Support is the Worst I have ever seen.

The is the standard in bankruptcy software. Great quality and ease of use.

Setting it up wasn't the easiest. Not so much the software, but we had problems with the court calendars.

From a new user standpoint, this software is confusing to learn. It is not very intuitive.

The reports are great and being able to customize documents to merge saves a great deal of time. Love being able to order credit reports, appraisals and the like with this software.

Great experience but the pricing for me was high with other products that are available.

It's pretty easy to navigate and and find the forms you need to generate. The update process is pretty simple and straightforward.

The reports don't include the full SS#, there is no spot to add a DOB, and you can't copy the SS# to paste elsewhere. The interface needs updated.

They had promised to provide web based option for several years but it constantly seems to be delayed.

It is sometimes difficult to locate where my data is stored on my system - when a computer crashes, it's tough to find the data to restore my client list.

Software looks like it was written when computers first came out. If you make a mistake or something doesn't look right it can be hard to figure out how to fix it.

Crisp and clean interface, great support, easily modifiable forms, standard input templates.

Which some trustees like. Everything you need is included in the program, form letters to the Questionaire to give to the client.

When I was learning this software and wanted to be able to create merge documents, the help desk was amazing. They explained everything clearly and gave me all the time I needed.

From importing creditors names and addresses to registering debtors for credit counseling classes, Best Case saves us time and money.

I have been using Best Case since 2000. I think its a great program to prepare bankruptcies.

Good Price, Great Aesthetic, and the Customer Service line is always ready to help me.

I like the format, I don't have to go searching for anything, it is all laid out and I can easily navigate.

This software is user friendly. It has so many features to help keep track of each case.

The new forms that came out two years ago were a little strange, to say the least.

Just feels comfortable, easy to use, easy to make forms, everything is great. Technical support is out of this world.

They havea great support system and keep you updated on all changes. No other Software service works as well as Best Case.

The One Touch filing system works great and is a real timesaver.

It has overall caused errors, and problems because of this.

The yearly cost to maintain this program is a killer. At times the yearly update changed the program which caused a new learning curve for staff, which caused delays.

This software has tremendously gone downhill over this past year to the point that it is unusable causing us to miss deadlines and have to manually file.

All-in-all it was well liked by the staff that used it, easy to administer, and had all the features we needed.
