Good Software But Customer Service/Tech Support is the Worst I have ever seen.

The is the standard in bankruptcy software. Great quality and ease of use.

Setting it up wasn't the easiest. Not so much the software, but we had problems with the court calendars.

From a new user standpoint, this software is confusing to learn. It is not very intuitive.

The reports are great and being able to customize documents to merge saves a great deal of time. Love being able to order credit reports, appraisals and the like with this software.

Great experience but the pricing for me was high with other products that are available.

It's pretty easy to navigate and and find the forms you need to generate. The update process is pretty simple and straightforward.

The reports don't include the full SS#, there is no spot to add a DOB, and you can't copy the SS# to paste elsewhere. The interface needs updated.

They had promised to provide web based option for several years but it constantly seems to be delayed.

It is sometimes difficult to locate where my data is stored on my system - when a computer crashes, it's tough to find the data to restore my client list.

Software looks like it was written when computers first came out. If you make a mistake or something doesn't look right it can be hard to figure out how to fix it.

Crisp and clean interface, great support, easily modifiable forms, standard input templates.

Which some trustees like. Everything you need is included in the program, form letters to the Questionaire to give to the client.

Easy to use, very efficient and support staff are great.

When I was learning this software and wanted to be able to create merge documents, the help desk was amazing. They explained everything clearly and gave me all the time I needed.

From importing creditors names and addresses to registering debtors for credit counseling classes, Best Case saves us time and money.

I have been using Best Case since 2000. I think its a great program to prepare bankruptcies.

Good Price, Great Aesthetic, and the Customer Service line is always ready to help me.

I like the format, I don't have to go searching for anything, it is all laid out and I can easily navigate.

I love Best Case  and highly recommend the software for client management.

This software is user friendly. It has so many features to help keep track of each case.

The new forms that came out two years ago were a little strange, to say the least.

Just feels comfortable, easy to use, easy to make forms, everything is great. Technical support is out of this world.

They havea great support system and keep you updated on all changes. No other Software service works as well as Best Case.

The One Touch filing system works great and is a real timesaver.

It has overall caused errors, and problems because of this.

The yearly cost to maintain this program is a killer. At times the yearly update changed the program which caused a new learning curve for staff, which caused delays.

This software has tremendously gone downhill over this past year to the point that it is unusable causing us to miss deadlines and have to manually file.

All-in-all it was well liked by the staff that used it, easy to administer, and had all the features we needed.

The cost is very reasonable and the billing features save me and my assistant so much time. Customer service is outstanding.

We have been using TimeSolv and it great. Easy to use, app is great for attorneys on the road, invoices easy to process.

I was pleasantly surprised by the visual aesthetics and the ease of use of TimeSolv Legal Billing.

There seems to be a lack of necessary reports, especially an audit report.

Really easy to use with a full set of features and integrations that we need (eg Xero/Outlook).

The only thing negative about the software is the invoice printing. You can not make many changes to set the invoice to your preference.

This software is great for billing clients with assurance. Billing is my only interface with clients, and I want to be 100% accurate.

I could not run this law office so efficiently without Timesolv. Nicole Smith has been my (Tech Coach)  :) and has done an outstanding job.

It has been instrumental to the smooth operation of the firm. Customer service has always been responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.

I also like the ability to establish Projects with Phases and Tasks so I can track resources and budgets.

For example,  there is no report or feature that enables the user to sort clients by their assigned identification numbers.

Customer service took time over the weekend to walk me through uploading my invoices onto CounselLink, which was extremely helpful.

It is designed intuitively so that you can start using it with almost no instruction.

The duplicate process for entering a second time entry could be easier to use to avoid mistakes.

TimeSolv is user friendly and outstanding. I absolutely the reports it complies within seconds.

I most like the ease of using TimeSolv for entering billable fees and expenses, and the customer service and support I have received thus far has been excellent.

The cost per user is great and it works well with our small firm.

In addition, their support is top notch. We are very satisfied customers.

The software more than exceeds expectations. I find the tablet app to provide great benefit.

Ease of use and simplicity are among the best in the industry. Plenty of shortcuts to expedite the work-flow.

It’s a real pain to get timed out when using the web/browser/online platform to track time.

Integration with other features like Lappi and QuickBooks. Additionally, the ability to do flat billing and time billing and one single application.

It has been helpful to track time and see utilization and other data points. It could be interesting if it could integrate with an excel.

I like that I can make changes to billing with ease. I like that TimeSolv can integrate well with the clients' billing software.

We strongly recommend TimeSolv as a cost effective and outstanding time billing tool.

As a former Timeslips user, I am thrilled with Timesolv. It is user friendly and their customer service is outstanding.

TimeSolv has been a great improvement over our firm's previous billing system and has afforded me the ease and convenience that I need for time entry.

The Knowledge center is a great resource tool. I also really enjoy being able to easily submit suggestions for improvements on the system.

Having been through 4 different types of legal billing systems I can say by far this is the best one I have used in the last 18 years.

I can't think of anything I don't like about this software.

I spent years struggling with (and cursing at) Sage TimeSlips. It was so clunky and difficult to use, compared to TimeSolv.

The software is easy to use and functionalities are added on a regular basis. It Syncs with Quickbooks which is a great time saving feature.

Easy to use and great personal and prompt technical support. Very professional invoices and simple approach to time keeping and more.
