  • Pros

  • I love that it's so user friendly and the customer service is great. I love that they are always contacting us about new ideas to integrate into the program and they have implemented them.
  • Ability to have a real database of clients. Ability to collect fees through Stripe integration with Canopy.
  • Cons

  • The company said I could try the product and cancel for up to 6 months. They now are refusing to cancel.
  • Lack of charts showing all clients and the status of their case. This may be because I don't pay for all the bells and whistles.

  • Most of it works most of the time. Some of it is quite useful.
  • The platform is attractive and simple, extremely affordable when compared with other similar SAAS modalities.
  • Cons

  • Even for those calls that pertain to an established matter, the notification system is poor and you have no way to keep track of these calls separately. Also LEAP has no integrated calendar.
  • Does not work easily for litigation or family law practice.
