"It improves organization, team collaboration, and visibility into case status. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in customization and pricing, it remains a reliable tool for managing a busy PI practice."

"It keeps me organized with the tasks also the templates are time saving so long as they are in the most logical place, such as client-specific letter under the client tab and not under the defendant- adjuster envelope."

"It’s a helpful case management tool that keeps files organized, helps track communication, and supports daily workflow. While it could be faster and offer more flexibility in certain features, it ultimately streamlines the case-handling process and makes tracking deadlines much easier."

"This workaround is necessary to ensure all required details appear where they need to be, but it does make the process less intuitive and increases the chance of errors."
