Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I can always get someone on the phone who knows how to help. The software is intuitive and tailored to PI cases.
  • Best designed program for Personal Injury that I found after a lot of looking. Customer service and support implementing the system is excellent.
  • Cons

  • I have the most difficulty with the costs and fee tracking areas of the software.
  • Lack of a mobile application for iOS or Android. However, I've been told that CASEpeer is working on providing this feature soon.

  • Pros

  • All your cases and documents are on hand at all times. The new email and text messaging integration are great tools to keep all communication in one place.
  • The client portal is great for sharing documents and more secure than email. I have not utilized it as much as I could for workflows/deadlines, but we are constantly improving on that.
  • Cons

  • It controls fonts and layouts and is just bad. I use it to merge and then use Word to fix it up.
  • The recent integration with Dropbox is confusing as well but I suppose that may be my lack of familiarity with how it functions.
