CaseWorthy is extremely powerful and flexible, and administrators are given access to all the tools needed to modify or extend the platform.

The ability to report in real-time our companies outcomes and goals as it relates to placement and intensive services.

We are very pleased and consider our selection of CaseWorthy to be a very worthwhile investment which will gain tremendous efficiencies in our operation.

Since I don't always have all the required information I am unable to complete some forms. In addition, at one point in time I could not perform some functions for entry but the error was corrected.

We are leveraging the CaseWorthy web portal to roll out functionality to all our users. Our interactions with CaseWorthy staff have been excellent, they've been very helpful and responsive.

We also love the scan card function. It helps keep our facilities safe and our outputs accurate.

The only thing that I don't like is some of the navigational aspects of the software.

This reduced double-entry and improved efficiencies for users and community members receiving the benefits.

We purchased this software after a fairly extensive search and chose it based on the ability to customize it and also on price.

Ability for customization. The fact that it can track/report whatever is needed.

We have loved building our knowledge in customizing the database, and using CaseBot to harvest data the way we want.

I have worked with this software and this company since 2012 and I have greatly enjoyed working with the developers and all of the Support staff that I have had interaction with.

I like the service plans, case notes, demographics tracking and all the features.

Ease of use and customization of the input screens. The ability to do reporting based on the form inputs.

The support team is very good and responsive, but fixes can occasionally take time.

The inability to upload csv files. Some of the forms are standard reports are hard coded with the inability to make changes.

We love how easy the system is to use, it is very user friendly in the computer.

Outstanding software with excellent customer support.

The design of the software insures ease of use from end user level all the way to administration of the system for our area.

The software has so much flexibility to be setup for many things, but this causes trouble for our user base as they get confused by all the options they don't use.

Having several options also helps with it's user friendliness, you can get to the same destination from different paths and not break anything in the system while doing so.

RSS has been a customer of Foothold Technology since 2008. Foothold delivers an efficient and cost effective product for a variety of program types.

We also find the HelpDesk people to be very accommodating when they can, and the new HelpDesk feature (using email) has been great so far.

Our overall experience with AWARDS has been positive. Our implementation specialist was wonderful, as was our temporary support person who assisted us with reviewing survey results with management.

We were able to develop an acceptable work-around, but it delayed the roll-out by a month or two.

Is helpful in streamlining the overall process for all users. We share ideas, forms, best practices, and sometimes resources.

Foothold technologies pushed AWARDS to keep up with those requirements at a reasonable cost.

Having to constantly use backdating is a bit annoying but that may be part of our individual account, I'm not sure as I'm not an administrator for it.

The Foothold/AWARDS staff are responsive and great to work with. Overall ease of use is great.

Tickler messages are sent to each staff warning them of upcoming service plans or other assessments that are due for clients on their caseload.

There are customizations that you can create for your own purposes. The team is easy to speak with and I appreciate that they really have a focus on quality.

Although the site is accessible from a mobile device, it is difficult to navigate the site on a small mobile devices while in the field.

Again, the support we have received from our configuration consultant and the Foothold help team has been instrumental in our success.

AWARDS is an easy to use, comprehensive tool designed for human services organizations.

The support team at Foothold is very responsive and helpful. The system is pretty user friendly as well and the reporting feature is fantastic.

All items related, no need to enter the same information twice for a client.

I appreciate the ease of use with AWARDS, it has kept up with the changes in regulatory systems over our years of using the software.

Following our implementation phase, we were assigned a senior consultant whom we quickly discovered is equally responsive and helpful.

Currently there is a lot of data manipulation to capture the same information.
