In previous versions, the product had problems with lag. This problem has been addressed and fixed.

Centerbase has improved our ability to pull meaningful reports. Customization has allowed us to enter detailed information about each case so it is easily available to all users.

The cloud function is very convenient, as are all of the integrations it has with other products. The interface is also really clean which helps encourage my people to use it.

It suits my need as a single practitioner perfectly. A lot of thought was obviously given to making it user friendly.

They have a great Word Merge feature which integrates with Word. We needed a reliable calendaring system - they're working to integrate the calendar with Outlook and Google calendars, as I understand.

Missing so many features and program is practically useless. I'm better off manually calendaring everything on my own on Outlook.

User friendly, easy to navigate, easy to edit bills.

We love being able to enter billing items from our phones and it immediately be available to bill. We love that the accounting module is built into the software as well.

Some report printing and data sorting can be difficult due to unique  formatting.

For a cloud based product the number of customization choices is amazing. Company very responsive to user feature requests.

Integration of the law pay program into centerbase has help with the collection of funds.

It was a flexible and reliable system. There were more features to take advantage of regarding Centerbase.

I'm so confused why this program has so many good reviews. This is the most frustrating program I've used.

However, CB only provides expenses per client/matter. It's confusing how to pull up total paid amount to each matter.

Our timekeepers love the straight forward use and it has increased consistency and timing of time entry.

Customization is difficult. Customer service is slow and often unresponsive.

It is also very user friendly. We also like the billing function emails.

We left Practice Advantage and the move to the cloud and the import of our data was easy and accurate. Most of the interface is very user friendly and it was easy to train out timekeeper.

The customer service is amazing. The CEO is committed to learning from his customers and actively engages and listens to help make the product better every day.

It is comprehensive and would do a well for a defense firm; however, for a Plaintiff firm this product is not useful at all.

Reporting can be a challenge but no more than most applications with lots of database.

Moreover, once payments were made it was very difficult to locate same to assure there were no overpayments.

We have been using Centerbase for 15 months and love the ability to work from anywhere we can get internet access.

The only con is that we need to review lots of data in table form. Once you chose column headings, you are stuck with those columns no matter what query you run.

It is really easy to use and has fantastic Customize-ability.

I have to say the Cleo support and help section is spectacular and one of the best I've ever come across. They have a clear academy which offers training on specific things you can do in the software.

Clio Manage and Grow have been excellent additions to our practice. We especially love the integrations with other programs that we use.

Lastly, the support staff with Clio is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. If we are ever experiencing a problem with Clio, their support team helps immediately to resolve the issue.

Very good value for money and functionality is great.

Document automation is TERRIBLE and invoicing just means linking to Quickbooks.

Billing is cumbersome and inefficient, lacking in options to suspend printing for those clients who are in collections.

I have reached out to the support team many times for help to figure out how to do something, they have always been helpful and kind.

All are easy to use and save us a lot of time. The mobil app is a great supplement for someone who is in court a lot.

My client started having trouble uploading her documents to me. Assignments went missing, and so deadlines were missed.

It has very robust features and integrations. I love that the document repository is built-in and built into the price.

Thank goodness I didnt cancel my MyCAse subscription and promptly went back.

Clio support confirmed that there is no way to stop this function. The search functions are terrible.

Unfortunately a system update eliminated the email plugin and created a new and updated one, which came with flaws that have not been corrected.

It has a clean interface and good organization for cases that require heavy organization, i.e. multiple subfolders that live in the client case folder.

The program is pretty user friendly and the ability to customize it is pretty impressive.
