In previous versions, the product had problems with lag. This problem has been addressed and fixed.

Centerbase has improved our ability to pull meaningful reports. Customization has allowed us to enter detailed information about each case so it is easily available to all users.

The cloud function is very convenient, as are all of the integrations it has with other products. The interface is also really clean which helps encourage my people to use it.

It suits my need as a single practitioner perfectly. A lot of thought was obviously given to making it user friendly.

They have a great Word Merge feature which integrates with Word. We needed a reliable calendaring system - they're working to integrate the calendar with Outlook and Google calendars, as I understand.

Missing so many features and program is practically useless. I'm better off manually calendaring everything on my own on Outlook.

User friendly, easy to navigate, easy to edit bills.

We love being able to enter billing items from our phones and it immediately be available to bill. We love that the accounting module is built into the software as well.

Some report printing and data sorting can be difficult due to unique  formatting.

For a cloud based product the number of customization choices is amazing. Company very responsive to user feature requests.

Integration of the law pay program into centerbase has help with the collection of funds.

It was a flexible and reliable system. There were more features to take advantage of regarding Centerbase.

I'm so confused why this program has so many good reviews. This is the most frustrating program I've used.

However, CB only provides expenses per client/matter. It's confusing how to pull up total paid amount to each matter.

Our timekeepers love the straight forward use and it has increased consistency and timing of time entry.

Customization is difficult. Customer service is slow and often unresponsive.

It is also very user friendly. We also like the billing function emails.

We left Practice Advantage and the move to the cloud and the import of our data was easy and accurate. Most of the interface is very user friendly and it was easy to train out timekeeper.

The customer service is amazing. The CEO is committed to learning from his customers and actively engages and listens to help make the product better every day.

It is comprehensive and would do a well for a defense firm; however, for a Plaintiff firm this product is not useful at all.

Reporting can be a challenge but no more than most applications with lots of database.

Moreover, once payments were made it was very difficult to locate same to assure there were no overpayments.

We have been using Centerbase for 15 months and love the ability to work from anywhere we can get internet access.

The only con is that we need to review lots of data in table form. Once you chose column headings, you are stuck with those columns no matter what query you run.

It controls fonts and layouts and is just bad. I use it to merge and then use Word to fix it up.

The client portal is great for sharing documents and more secure than email. I have not utilized it as much as I could for workflows/deadlines, but we are constantly improving on that.

The on boarding process was outstanding; this produce is easy to use, with an intuitive interface that requires minimal training.

I use MyCase for website design and hosting, as well. Also very good and the two (practice management software and website) are integrated.

Billing becomes more automated and accurate, and the management of filing and updating documents works like a charm. I highly recommend MyCase for all but the largest firms.

MyCase task management features are completely worth the cost of the software, even if that was all I was going to use it for. I cannot stress enough how awesome the task management is.

Use for all billing and time keeping. Remote/on-line payments have been a great benefit for my company.

The recent integration with Dropbox is confusing as well but I suppose that may be my lack of familiarity with how it functions.

This is not like a hamburger where a McDonald's hamburger is great for the price. For law, you need a steak burger.
