Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Lastly, the support staff with Clio is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. If we are ever experiencing a problem with Clio, their support team helps immediately to resolve the issue.
  • He dedicated the time and attention to hear our needs and we are grateful for his help.
  • Clio takes case management to a whole new level. Not only does it help me better organize my files and tasks, but it helps me quickly go between several tasks and files with ease.
  • Cons

  • Clio then relies on its customers to "trouble shoot" the new problems, even when they can duplicate the problem on their end. This shows a complete lack of respect for the customer's time.
  • You will never be able to speak with a supervisor. I was extremely displeased with the service and tried cancelling the service a few days after, and they refused to give me a refund.
  • Clio support confirmed that there is no way to stop this function. The search functions are terrible.

  • Pros

  • Overall I am very happy with Filevine, it is very easy to use and everything is pretty self-explanatory it does not require much additional training once it is built to your liking.
  • File Vine is a very top notch friendly group of professionals who go above and beyond and very happy to help their clients succeed. Very hands on with training, onboarding and 24/7 support.
  • Simply things like being able to text from the software is a huge help and lastly the interface is amazing.
  • Cons

  • We had a terrible experience with Filevine. The representatives are outright dishonest and lying to the customer just to make the sale.
  • You have to pay a third-party vendor to get it to integrate. Perhaps worst of all, they get you to spend a lot of money on a "training" that they claim sets them apart from all other companies.
  • The worst part is the total lack of customer service. It might as well not exist.
