I have to say the Cleo support and help section is spectacular and one of the best I've ever come across. They have a clear academy which offers training on specific things you can do in the software.

Clio Manage and Grow have been excellent additions to our practice. We especially love the integrations with other programs that we use.

Lastly, the support staff with Clio is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. If we are ever experiencing a problem with Clio, their support team helps immediately to resolve the issue.

Very good value for money and functionality is great.

Document automation is TERRIBLE and invoicing just means linking to Quickbooks.

Billing is cumbersome and inefficient, lacking in options to suspend printing for those clients who are in collections.

I have reached out to the support team many times for help to figure out how to do something, they have always been helpful and kind.

All are easy to use and save us a lot of time. The mobil app is a great supplement for someone who is in court a lot.

My client started having trouble uploading her documents to me. Assignments went missing, and so deadlines were missed.

The whole thing at times can be a bit difficult to navigate through. I think it requires to much clicking.

Overall there is better team communication between offices and team members. There is also better documentation of the files to assure all team members can pick up a file and help a client.

We integrated litify with our Salesforce and it has ruined Salesforce.

I love the ease of use which makes it very easy to train intake specialists. The use custom work flows allows them to accurately screen and sign cases autonomously.

I like that Litify is simple and easy to use. The quick tab are especially helpful when needing info quickly without going into the actual tabs.

Some packages are very rigid and does not provide us flexibility.

The fact that Zapier.com provides a simple drag and drop UI to do this with Salesforce was important and has allowed us to connect to several other applications quickly and effectively.

Self customizations may be too difficult for some users requiring to hire a Salesforce Administrator which can be expensive.

Litify is very user friendly. The system support team is quick to respond, and help.

We also wanted easy API access with other cloud-based platforms without the need for in house programming resources.

The program is very user friendly and self explanatory, it would be very easy to learn on your own but you have the support of the company to help you through every step of the way.

The Docrio features are outstanding and improve our Case Managers UX.

For instance, it helps with the intake process (gathering of preliminary information from a new client) as well as with storing and loading case files easily.

The one thing that was great about litify that everything would be on one screen and the quick info boxes are a plus.

Ability to create customized reports on the fly is very helpful. Ideal for Plaintiff firms that work on a contingency fee basis (particularly Personal Injury firms).

The search function that was the backbone of our Salesforce use was completely ruined.

The Litify support team has been quick to respond when needed. It's an excellent application for our needs.

The amount of tasks and processes we were able to automate because of the platform has saved our team a great amount of time and money.
