  • Pros

  • A solid A. The dashboard provides everything I need and after a few trips through the functions I use, they became second nature. Most important is the superb customer service.
  • He dedicated the time and attention to hear our needs and we are grateful for his help.
  • I am very pleased with Clio and what it has done for our office. Like I mentioned above, Clio has stream lined our workflow in our office to ensure better use of time and retention of documentation.
  • Cons

  • Clio then relies on its customers to "trouble shoot" the new problems, even when they can duplicate the problem on their end. This shows a complete lack of respect for the customer's time.
  • You will never be able to speak with a supervisor. I was extremely displeased with the service and tried cancelling the service a few days after, and they refused to give me a refund.
  • Clio support confirmed that there is no way to stop this function. The search functions are terrible.

  • Awesome - real increase in productivity, reduction in costs and excellent overall ease of use for firm and clients.
  • It has a great deal of functionality I don't even use yet. The ease of inputting data and the ability to use the App in court are the best functions I've found so far.
  • This is a great tool for any business to help stay on top of clients and keep track of how much the business is making. Our favorite thing about PayPanther is the awesome customer service.

  • However, after 6 months of use (and data loss), I have become increasingly frustrated with PP and have finally made the (costly and inconvenient) decision to switch to Clio.
  • If you leave a bad review for their company they will call and address the review immediately, but they will not address the underlying issue that resulted in the bad review.
  • I have always been terrible at time keeping and billing. I have probably left Hundreds if not Thousands of dollars on the table by failing to properly keep track of my time and billing.
