I have to say the Cleo support and help section is spectacular and one of the best I've ever come across. They have a clear academy which offers training on specific things you can do in the software.

Clio Manage and Grow have been excellent additions to our practice. We especially love the integrations with other programs that we use.

Lastly, the support staff with Clio is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. If we are ever experiencing a problem with Clio, their support team helps immediately to resolve the issue.

Very good value for money and functionality is great.

Document automation is TERRIBLE and invoicing just means linking to Quickbooks.

Billing is cumbersome and inefficient, lacking in options to suspend printing for those clients who are in collections.

I have reached out to the support team many times for help to figure out how to do something, they have always been helpful and kind.

All are easy to use and save us a lot of time. The mobil app is a great supplement for someone who is in court a lot.

My client started having trouble uploading her documents to me. Assignments went missing, and so deadlines were missed.

It has very robust features and integrations. I love that the document repository is built-in and built into the price.

I really like the home page where you can see the latest info on new emails on files, the files you recently used and the important website links.

Thread has given me a great opportunity to use a user friendly case management system to store a variety of files.

This may be partly down to needing further training. The problem is that bad habits are formed where the product is not easy or intuitive to use.

I had lost some emails and was concerned about loss of data, and security.

It helps running the office to the extent that I cannot imagine running without it. We survived COVID lock-downs thanks to the fact that we introduced Thread in time before it happened.

It was much easier to integrate into our business than we expected.

It is a good experience when it does not freeze and has all its functions.

Since the software is out of its puberty, it is all great.

Visually it is quite unattractive. No mobile app and its mobile website is very difficult to work with.

Customizing fields I found a bit tricky. Not being able to use the call option if a client rang and being on the file.

It is relatively early days for me, but I like the security of knowing that my files are backed up in the cloud and that I can access them everywhere on my phone.

Integration with Outlook is significantly improved so that you can easily ensure emails are attached to files and documents from files easily attached to emails.

As with many information systems, information overload can be a downside. But you don't need to use all the features, just what you feel you need and then develop on later to others.

Remote access, customisation of interface and significant improvement since initial release thanks to very responsive support.

At the moment there is very little I don't like.

Search functionality is great. The interface is clear and easy to read.

The ease of retrieving information, and adding files, etc makes it worthwhile. It's also very refreshing to know if you have an issue, the response time is so quick and the guys that call are lovely.

It is a very good all-in-one tool for case management, outlook, calendar and tasks.
