Pros/Cons
Pros
- It was very easy to set up and roll out to all our different departments. It is a very cost effective and organized way to have a single location to keep all important contracts safe and accessible.
- It does just what we need, requires no learning curve and has great support. Best of all it's affordable and a great value.
- ContractSafe is user-friendly and the integration with DocuSign makes contract storage painless. Moreover, the ContractSafe customer service team is responsive, helpful, and a joy to work with.
Cons
- Before using ContractSafe, I would miss contract expiration dates and get trapped into another contract through auto renewal.
- Maybe it could be a little difficult to use in the first place.
- Think improvements could be made to speed up the work of those who spend hours a day in CS. AI is very poor and never used.
Pros
- Supports most carriers and best integration with them. Good intergration with HawkSoft and other agency management systems.
- I am able to keep track of x dates, renewals and client documents better than with the other CRM I was using, and having the ability to download from carriers is great.
- Customer service was very helpful. Used for commercial insurance: account management was great, COI's were easy.
Cons
- The service dept's stock answer is "it's the carriers fault, or that's the way the carrier wants it. I talked to 2 rep's and they were very upset that it's not working or rating correctly.
- Customer support is horrible and trying to cancel your service is a nightmare.
- No one even answers calls or return messages. What a terrible company all they do is offer this value package of all under one umbrella.
