  • Pros

  • The training materials are very good. Best of all, the email notifications help us meet notification, renewal, and other key dates.
  • It has all of the functionality we need at a great price. I feel that the platform is continuing to improve and customer service has been great about asking for features that I would like to see.
  • It was very easy to set up and roll out to all our different departments. It is a very cost effective and organized way to have a single location to keep all important contracts safe and accessible.
  • Cons

  • Before using ContractSafe, I would miss contract expiration dates and get trapped into another contract through auto renewal.
  • Maybe it could be a little difficult to use in the first place.
  • Think improvements could be made to speed up the work of those who spend hours a day in CS. AI is very poor and never used.

  • Pros

  • It’s better to call tech support with EZLynx than sending in a ticket through their automated reporting. This is a great tool that we are able to use to highly improve efficiency.
  • I especially love their customer service/tech support. They are very nice and helpful and respond really quick.
  • Supports most carriers and best integration with them. Good intergration with HawkSoft and other agency management systems.
  • Cons

  • The service dept's stock answer is "it's the carriers fault, or that's the way the carrier wants it. I talked to 2 rep's and they were very upset that it's not working or rating correctly.
  • Terrible reporting features, not able to run birthdays with everything else. Bad customer support/on boarding and training.
  • Customer support is horrible and trying to cancel your service is a nightmare.
