  • Pros

  • The training materials are very good. Best of all, the email notifications help us meet notification, renewal, and other key dates.
  • It has all of the functionality we need at a great price. I feel that the platform is continuing to improve and customer service has been great about asking for features that I would like to see.
  • It was very easy to set up and roll out to all our different departments. It is a very cost effective and organized way to have a single location to keep all important contracts safe and accessible.
  • Cons

  • Before using ContractSafe, I would miss contract expiration dates and get trapped into another contract through auto renewal.
  • Maybe it could be a little difficult to use in the first place.
  • Think improvements could be made to speed up the work of those who spend hours a day in CS. AI is very poor and never used.

  • The customisation within Gatekeeper allows us to utilise the native functionality to the best of its ability. Gatekeeper has enabled a proactive and scalable approach to supplier management.
  • The abilty to be able to track the supplier onboarding process through your workflows is excellent, providing you the ability to track progress.
  • Gatekeeper has been a super helpful tool for our company in streamlining our contract management and approval process.
  • Cons

  • The workflows and transitions are sometimes hard to configure.
  • It's more costly when compared to competitors but it's also much more product for the money.
  • On the part of the costumer sales it could be a bit confusing to complete so many details.
