Pros/Cons

Pros
I love the functionality and design. Very easy to use. Great customer service as well.
Easy to use and very user friendly. Support team is great and very helpful/quick to respond.

Cons
The accounting portion of the software integrates well, especially with trust accounting. However, the actual accounting side is clunky and harder to use than alternatives such as Quickbooks.
Sometimes a little hard to use some of the features, but they are always listening to feature requests.

Pros
This program has been easy to learn and saves me a ton of time. It is very organized and gets me paid faster with customers. Great program!
I love the ease of use of this program. I also really appreciate that I can pay most of my taxes by pressing a simple button. Their customer service is exceptional most of the time.

Cons
Some things still need a bit of development, like their banking integrations, these are sometimes troublesome to set up, but the support via online chat helps with that pretty quick.
It's not particularly intuitive and although the customer support is good it's not particularly easy to set up and use
