  • Pros

  • She patiently walked me through the product and listened to all of my questions which is super important to someone like me who learns by doing and getting my questions answered in real time.
  • Ease of use across different platforms and its interface with Outlook. The calendaring of appointments with reminders and the ability to add attendees is great.
  • That to me is worth a million having someone there that cares enough to make sure their customer is happy and that they have everything they need to get going.
  • Cons

  • I don't like that if I put something in a wrong area and that it can't be duplicated and moved to the correct area - having to redo everything manually as a new user is frustrating.
  • Additionally, our accountant struggled with it, and urged the switch to Quickbooks.
  • I frankly don't have much of anything to offer in the way of complaints.

  • Customer service has been terrific and we are most pleased with our decision to purchase Upkeep.
  • I love that it is so easy to use. It makes it very convenient to open the APP and enter in the issue and have someone in the appropriate department come take care of it.
  • Upkeep is very easy to use and the maintenance technicians like the ability to use it on there phones. The ease of reporting work orders when they are thinking of them makes the app valuable.
  • Cons

  • Upkeep should also have an alert text or email warning the administration that there there was no entry for the services by the repair crew that day.
  • Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order.
  • A little confusing in its interface and with a little onboarding and a little time consuming and slow when learning.
