  • Time Tracker is the perfect blend of ease of use coupled with powerful and robust option setting.
  • I like how it helps streamline my organizations to bill hours effectively.
  • Cons

  • Screening handling can be a headache at times but is really the only negative that this software throws at you.
  • I found the downside of this software to be that I entered time and it sometimes disappeared, causing me to enter data more than once.

  • Most of it works most of the time. Some of it is quite useful.
  • The platform is attractive and simple, extremely affordable when compared with other similar SAAS modalities.
  • Cons

  • Even for those calls that pertain to an established matter, the notification system is poor and you have no way to keep track of these calls separately. Also LEAP has no integrated calendar.
  • Does not work easily for litigation or family law practice.
