- I like the cloud-based technology and the constant updates to improve the software. Additionally, it is very user-friendly and the customer support is great.
- This is a great Case Management system if your willing to invest the money to purchase the add on's like Custom Forms, Westlaw, Company investigator and etc.
Cons
- Today, I received another erroneous bill, I am again on the phone correcting West's , mistakes wasting my morning billable time.
- I wasted ten hours on the phone and emails, talking to 7 different westlaw representatives explaining the problem.
Pros
- With Smart Advocate's features, updates, support, and innovation, there is no other way but growth. It's a powerhouse of a tool for great staff, which gives clients the most significant outcome.
- I have a great snapshot of where our referrals are coming from and how much we spend on those campaigns. This generates a clear cost per case and cost per call.
Cons
- That said, when a dislike does arise, reaching out to SmartAdvocate usually remedies our dislikes. For example, the recommendation was to set up multiplaintiff parties under one case number.
- It is both a good and a bad thing how much information can be stored into SA.
