Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very user friendly for a small business...great customer support and easy to use for new sales staff...great mobile application.

  • I love how you can customize every field, action and flow to how you need it to work. Very easy to make changes and adjustments as you grow and change.

  • Cons

  • Can't merge Leads and Contacts, but otherwise good.

  • The reporting functionality is just OK and clunky to use. Exporting data is not as easy as it could be.

  • Pros

  • I love this program! It has made my practice so much easier and it allows my clients to have so much access to their case. This is a must have for a law offices.

  • The customer service is fantastic. For a small firm looking to get "paperless", this is a fantastic option.

  • Cons

  • Calendar could use some development, but it's basic manual operation gets the job done.

  • The balance-forward and interest on past due balances, in the billing system is somewhat difficult to achieve. Other than that, I find very little to complain about with this system.
