I also like how managing my clientele was simplified, and it became real when I lost my business phone on vacation and was able to still communicate through go reminder. I like the features they offer, and now that I had this program for over three years off and on, I do totally see why I should have just kept them from the beginning. I have shopped around for other programs but always found my way back to go reminders. My clients find it is user friendly as well. I have never had any breach of security since having this program. Here is why I absolutely love this program CUSTOMER SERVICE. They truly take the time to fix any concerns that you may have until it is resolved. I had an issue with Blast, and I had paid for it for the year, while waiting for them to resolve the problem they refunded my money, kept me informed, and once the issue was fixed, they allowed me to use blast for that year. #### Cons Some of the add on cost extra, but it's not a deal breaker. Furthermore, I really valued the calendar grid that showed who responded and what their status was, making it extremely ideal for us to quickly relay availability information to the rest of the team as well as other clients. It was a very easy program to learn how to use, and took me just under three days to perfect. #### Cons Unfortunately, GoReminders did not have a feature where the entire message could be viewed at once before sending, which made it somewhat difficult to proofread the message and led to certain errors. It has cut down my no show rate tremendously and even my clients that don’t forget their appointments, love getting a reminder. #### Cons The only issue I have had is that some phone companies did not accept some of the reminders at first.
