My staff and I used it for less than two weeks before discovering that many of its features were not functioning properly. I don't have a lot of good things to say about this software. I was unimpressed by its actual functionality and switched back to my old software provider. Cons: The sales staff promised certain services that were not available in the product. When I sent invitations to clients to fill out intakes, the invitation went to their spam. When I tried entering the contact information for potential leads, I was automatically logged out. I brought these to the attention of staff, but their response was incomplete and did not resolve my issues. Reasons for switching to Imagility I thought this would use more AI features, but I was disappointed in the software's overall quality.
