Helps up be more productive
We have reduced inbound calls from clients and other parties related to a matter.
PROSThe system is simple to use, just a few days training and we are up and running. We like the fact that it can be customised very easily. It has saved us hours when on-boarding clients.

Innovative System!
Very positive, system works incredibly well and the team are more than happy to assist with any changes required.
PROSThe completion pack system is particularly good, saving time and ensuring security of payments!

Exceptionally User Friendly
The task and diary control within legalcm are key to making the system work smoothly! So much easier than running paper files!
CONSThere aren't any cons of note within the software. Emails and documents are uploaded every 15 minutes so sometimes you have to wait a bit of time for these.
