The perfect solution for start-ups to finish-ups
The custom configuration and integration with Drupal modules have been great. We now have real-time data exchanged between our Drupal platform and our CRM.
PROSFirst of all, is the simplicity of the open-source platform and how easy and quick it is to implement and start using. The ability for the platform to allow for custom configuration and integrations is also excellent. The overall cost savings to features compared to other full SaaS CRM platforms is excellent. We are very happy with the platform and will continue to expand the functionality and integrations.
CONSI would have liked a bit better up-front email configuration, however, the resources and support for email is excellent. Not much that we don't like about SuiteCRM.

Very good CRM
We are using it since 7 years. We use it mainly for checking/ adding customer interaction, sending emails and Sales purposes. It is the best Customer Relationship Management software available in the market for free.
PROSFREE: No license cost etc. Open source Rest Based Mobile friendly
CONSNo support from team. Community is not very vibrant. Bugs take long time to be resolved. less add-ons available for integration. Reports are not very basic

notre équipe commerciale utilise l’outil CRM tous les jours. Le service client et la Direction Générale trouvent leurs informations efficaces afin de maintenir les données clients à jour. La collecte des données et le traitement des activités nous aident à créer une base de données de plus en plus riche.
PROSC'est facile à utiliser et à personnaliser. Nous avons adapté certains de nos processus internes tel que le processus commercial avec l’outil Suite CRM. Ce logiciel prend en compte la gestion des contacts, le marketing par e-mail, le calendrier et suivi des appels téléphoniques intégrés. Il possède de nombreuses fonctionnalités.
CONSL’outil doit s’améliorer au niveau de plusieurs fonctionnalités en intégrant des tableaux de bord plus esthétique.
