The company assigns you a CSM that regularly provides updates and ensures that you are taking advantage of what is available. Litify does regularly update their software which at times has bugs with the release but they do their best to address these bugs in a timely manner. This software is for a law firm that is willing to invest time in building a system that supports their business needs rather than making do with what is available of of the box. #### Cons Being built on Salesforce is powerful yet can be a limitation as Salesforce has too many features available.
