The integration was very difficult but that was not due to Litify but was due to the organization that provided the integration services. The Litify rep that we have has gone above and beyond to help us. We are working with another support organization and things are looking much better. We are very much looking forward to 2026 and the new customizations that will make us even more efficient. The case management/client management part of the software is very good and allows for the entire case to be organized through one system. The chat feature and task management enables teams to collaborate and always have the same information at their fingertips. Our customer service representatives and the customer support reps are top notch. Always willing to help and quick to respond. Cons: Too much of the system must be customized especially when it comes to integration with other software such as Accounting Seed and NetDocs. I think speed could be a lot better and the capability to drag and drop documents within Litify (i.e. into the fax section or into another matter) as well as outside onto my desktop or an email. It is nice to be able to work on one screen and not have to click multiple tabs. Cons: I liked least that the reporting is not accurate. The transition to Litify was extremely expensive and was not done properly causing many issues for the firm. There is no easy way to fix it. Just another expensive fix. Litify support does not offer actual help. They just offer another costly service to teach staff.
