Pros/Cons
Pros
- Litify empowers you with a lot of data and analytics, and with great knowledge comes great responsibility.
- It allowed an easy training for us as we were already used to the basic format. It helps us really stay focused on the areas we need to be focused on.
- The program is very user friendly and self explanatory, it would be very easy to learn on your own but you have the support of the company to help you through every step of the way.
Cons
- The fact that they tied themselves to Salesforce caused many headaches that involved an unacceptable answer of "Sorry we cannot do anything about it, because of Salesforce.
- Heavy lift, costs, not intuitive, not fully integrated as accounting platform does not work well at all with Litify.
- The search function that was the backbone of our Salesforce use was completely ruined.
Pros
- Awesome - real increase in productivity, reduction in costs and excellent overall ease of use for firm and clients.
- It has a great deal of functionality I don't even use yet. The ease of inputting data and the ability to use the App in court are the best functions I've found so far.
- This is a great tool for any business to help stay on top of clients and keep track of how much the business is making. Our favorite thing about PayPanther is the awesome customer service.
Cons
- However, after 6 months of use (and data loss), I have become increasingly frustrated with PP and have finally made the (costly and inconvenient) decision to switch to Clio.
- If you leave a bad review for their company they will call and address the review immediately, but they will not address the underlying issue that resulted in the bad review.
- I have always been terrible at time keeping and billing. I have probably left Hundreds if not Thousands of dollars on the table by failing to properly keep track of my time and billing.
