Pros/Cons

Pros
It is a good value. The features mesh well together. It is easy to use.
I generally love this software, and it is excellent that they are continually adapting and improving it with upgrades and modifications

Cons
1. Outlook email integration has improved. Still needs some work 2. Document assembly useful but needs to be improved and expanded
Calendar could use some development, but it's basic manual operation gets the job done.

Pros
Easy of use, setup myself (with a little help for a bookkeeper), support has always been superb.
Great tool for keeping organized and simple to use.

Cons
I like this software from xero but lately the customer service has been noticed down and in some of the plans the cost is too high for some companies peueñas.
It has quite a few limitations compared to the enterprise cousins, but at the price it is a no-brainer.
