I feel like SimpleFile has increased client satisfaction and in return has resulted in more business. My favorite features include the case timeline and eSign portal. The case timeline allows clients to communicate with us whenever they want through the app. As a result, it cuts down the amount of phone calls that come into the office from clients, allowing my paralegals to have more time to work on files. The eSign portal allows us to quickly and efficiently upload documents for clients to sign directly from their phones. Cons: I don't feel that any improvements need to be made.
