There are many features the system offers that makes our practice more effective and efficient. The server-based SQL system allows our firm full control over security of our clients' confidential information. The system is very accessible and easy to use, many of our new employees pick up on it with a quick "scavenger hunt" to introduce them to the system. The dev team is constantly upgrading the system and bugs/hiccups/system failures are few and far between. There are many positives. #### Cons The myriad features can be both a blessing and a curse. The ability to summarize medical vists (records) is great. Love how it puts all the info into the template for you. #### Cons It can be overwhelming the amount of information that SA shows/requires to fill out for the case. Not always user friendly...especially if you are still learning how to use SA and ALL of its features. I do not like when searching for a client in search bar that multiple tabs open up and can make the screen overwhelming to look at with multiple tabs. It is both a good and a bad thing how much information can be stored into SA.
