"Between our onboarding specialist, and the number of other staff and trainers and resources that are available, there was always someone available to help in whatever area we needed assistance with. Whether it was the migration of our data and documents, assistance with setting up new forms and work procedures, help with the new intake system, or trainings regarding Smokeball billing and time entries, there was someone who was knowledgeable and reliable to assist us every step of the way."
