  • Pros

  • Definitely helped as far as organization of emails and other important documents. Easy to use and also has a speedy search engine.
  • It is intuitive and works seemlessly with Microsoft Word and Outlook; it provides excellent customer service; it is accessible from one's phone.
  • Cons

  • They also lack CRM functionality that many other providers are offering. Their closed API also makes it difficult to integrate with other software providers.
  • They seem unconcerned about security issues that result. Fixing invoices is problematic.

  • The ease of setting up and the simplicity of the screens and their applicability to the actual goal of capturing time and billing it.
  • Easy to use and administer. Able to figure out how to accomplish what I need to do with the built-in help or through the online knowledge base.
  • Cons

  • Otherwise, I haven't found any additional negative things about Tabs.
  • The deeper you go into customization, the more difficult it gets to 'program' it, so to speak.
