As a customer, I genuinely feel they are interested in our feedback and want to provide the best possible product and support. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I love the ability to upload an agreement (typically SaaS - as a customer) and have the platform review and provide thorough redlines within 24 hours. Previous to Superlegal, we used external counsel to review agreements and this typically took 5-10 days. This has allowed us to complete agreements and have better protection for our company.
