We have had a few touchpoints with their Superlegal team to review the process, ask questions, and provide feedback. They're incredibly friendly and supportive. As a customer, I genuinely feel they are interested in our feedback and want to provide the best possible product and support. Previous to Superlegal, we used external counsel to review agreements and this typically took 5-10 days. This has allowed us to complete agreements and have better protection for our company. Better yet, we run more of our agreements through legal review now than we were in the past (because people didn't want to spend or waste time waiting).
