  • The employees appear to love their job. I love that the company is willing to listen to us.
  • It was very easy to learn and did not take much time for training. The help function was very well put together.
  • Cons

  • Unacceptable service interruptions that have now lasted an entire week, for software that is designed to be mission critical.
  • It does not work well with latest Windows or Microsoft Office products.
