Word LX is laid out in the Microsoft Word format so if you are used to using this software for your documents that it should be easy to pick up using this.

Word is good software and i like it. Can use simply and very user friendly to use this one that why i like to use this one.

We have been using Word LX for over 16 years and are quite happy with it.

New Docs Menu,  the simplicity of creating things like envelopes, lables, etc.

You do not have to spend time fishing around MSoft's ribbons and dialog boxes,  battling with  numbering and formatting and trying to figure out how to format something.

We're very happy with the software. It integrates with our other line of business applications and the upgrade offers great features and functionality.

This program helps me a lot at work, and I always advise my employees to use this program.

Our staff sometimes have difficulty using the table of contents and page numbering, but it is primarily a training issue, not s a software issue.

New format vs. old word format  could be intimidating at first. However, once you get the hang of it.

Word LX by Infoware Is a very convenient, comfortable, and easy to use training program.

There is nothing that I think is bad about this program.

Word Lx has improved the speed at which I generate documents which have increased my productivity, I find it extremely helpful and I would recommend it to anyone.

Word lx is fantastic for having most documents nicely packed in place. Very effective, good and user friendly interface.

Sometimes I have a hard time with page numbering. Most of my time goes to this job.

Word LX helps to keep all documents in one format and one place.

Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Great software, price is affordable for small businesses.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.

Appalling Software - Avoid at all Costs in My Opinion.
