  • Pros

  • The product is feature-rich and user friendly. The supplier is supportive and agile on feature development and customer success.
  • The C# integration was straight forward, and easy to implement checks and validations at a basic level. Making it easy to deploy an MVP quickly.
  • Cons

  • Given what we've been doing internally to get that sorted out, I'm not surprised.
  • Also limited view on license usage history. LicenseSpring has helped get around these issues though, so they are only minor concerns.

  • Ease of use is the best aspect of Redpoint's software.
  • Easy to use, to look-up for any past case to follow-up. Monthly customized reports and possibility to support on any specific need or case.
  • Cons

  • The lack of info when links are denied ; you need to ask your account manager why, which is not possible for all of them when dealing with thousands of links.
