I would recommend that if you are looking for a license solution, to try them, we have been very happy with the support from them, and the services provided. Ratings Breakdown 4 Ease of use 4 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: Zentitle overall does a great job in getting a license solution to customers - I am happy that the solution works well.The tool has plenty of features to match business requirements. We have changed our needs over the years, and they have had options available to facilitate/address these needs.The product was quite easy to integrate, which lowers cost and time to get your product up and running/to market.Maintaining an in-house solution would be expensive and time consuming. Zentitle provides a service where you do not need to worry about this and focus on your business. Cons: There have been performance issues with the license portal, but have mostly been addressed, and within a decent time frame.They are also updating the portal UI (to help resolve some of these performance issues) which was great news, so it shows they are re-investing in the product. The ability to turn on and turn off customer access or reissue a license is priceless. Sentinel keys do not have this ability--you have no control over customer use. If you need to add a product to the license it is simply a mouse-click. If there are more than one user, you simply add the number of users to a single license. Previously we had to mail new sentinel keys for each one needed. Cons: I don't have anything to report at this time, but believe me, the benefits out way the use of sentinel keys. Reasons for switching to Nalpeiron Zentitle Zentitle allows us to issue a trial license. Whereas before we needed to send a trial key and hope that we ever get it back in return. And now we have no more shipments. The customer can use the product minutes after they purchase. There is no worry that a customer may lose a key, or have it stolen. To release the license is by far more convenient than having the customer move the key from computer to computer. We made it easy for our customers to remember to release the license before exiting our program by adding a popup asking them if they wish to release the license before closing the application. Especially a huge shout out to Paweł for helping us through integration! Cons: The C++ SDK had several structural inconsistencies and compiler warnings that made integration harder than expected.
