Very flexible system

Very good, the company tailored the software to our needs and has made it work just how we wanted it to

The provider spent a lot of time with us on site customising the software to our very exacting needs

CONS

Some of the browser functionality was not as good as we would have liked but the whole front end is now being re-written using Jira to replace the soon to be unsupported Flash Player

Reason for choosing QuaLIS LIMS

The product we chose was based on meeting our user requirements specification at a demonstration day - the other suppliers did not put a working demonstration together whereas Agaram put a fully customised demonstration together that met our major requirements and was much cheaper than the other products. The price we paid was for a turnkey solution - fully functioning system at delivery date and with 10 years support

Reasons for switching to QuaLIS LIMS

Internally built bespoke system that required too much maintenance by the limited IT staff we had and was hard to develop (used Oracle forms 11)

Agaram Interfacer Software for connecting to Analytical Instruments

My experience has been very positive to date. Whenever my team had challenges to overcome in collecting specific pieces of data from an analytical instrument, Agaram Technologies were willing to work hard to find us a technical solution that overcame our challenge. Agaram Technologies have been responsive and pleasant to deal with.
