I love the fact that it is great to keep track of all orders, reordering, and sometimes you can get a discount if you order from them.

Abilities for specific inventories are nice, user friendly, customer service is great for all inquiries.

It also has a feature to suggest vendors for products if you don't know where to buy from and will  give you the best prices from vendors.

The search process is sometimes difficult if you aren't in the right section. The link to the products' page is sometimes not working.

Has been instrumental in streamlining the organization of the lab. Has been an outstanding instrument to bring the team together.

The most frustrating part of using Quartzy is the limited and clunky reporting.

Just want some more items to be in the store, and be able to change the shipping speed. Other than that, it's perfect.

The only complaint I have at this time is that the access/supply chain tabs are fixed.

Their customer service has been outstanding, thanks Quartzy.

Customer service is great and would definitely recommend this product.

I don't like that they quote items that'll cost MORE to get from Quartzy, and to a new user is can look misleading.

Having purchasing and inventory together is really great. Plus the Quartzy shop often has lots of good deals or better availability than the manufacturer.

It is very user friendly and it is easy to place a requisition for approval. We can put in projects and monitor project supplies.

I like how there are features that we can utilize if we need to but aren't required (such as purchasing through Quartzy directly).

Frustrating to get a message of delay or backorder, order somewhere else and then find the information was wrong and we end up unable to cancel the erroneous order or the extra panic order.

It is a very useful software that has great customer support. It will eliminate the use of Excell which is a huge plus.

My favorite thing about Quartzy is how easy to use the software is, how quickly we got it set up, and the ability to save money by purchasing through quartzy.

The customer service is also excellent, they were very helpful in helping me find replacement products for backordered materials.

It makes inventory and the ordering process seamless, with easy integrated tracking and receiving options. Their customer service for returning or cancelling orders is reliable, fast, and friendly.

I usually have to use this when I am in lab and I have to add requests while I see things missing while working.

Having a request section and an inventory section that allows a seamless transition of what you ordered to putting it into inventory is amazing.

Lots of functions are great, like being able to attach quotes and POs, documenting expiry dates, etc. Also, the customer service has also been great with very rapid responses.

The ease of use is amazing and there is quite a bit of flexibility in its use.

It's much better than an excel sheet and multiple people can be in the system at once. I like the history feature and easily adding items from receipt into inventory.

I love how this easily keeps my different accounts organized. Helps me with budget and allow my students to help.

Sometimes the performance could be affected by some processes.

We can retrieve data, evaluated and take decision using the system in real time. Instrument integration is very easy to configure.

Lot of problems in the software. NOT compliant to regulatory.

What I like about this software is the ability to track the chain of custody, data integrations,  sample management, and the ability to integrate any instrument or module a user seems fit.

I am very satisfied with the quality of people and attention when we are provided with technical support. STARLIMS staff is always ready to help and solve all problems that occur daily.

It is an effective sample management option, but training to use it is absolutely required.

The new system is very easy and fast engine. The new process about package (import and export) to repair forms, process or formulas is great!!! The users (35 concurrent) are happy with the new system.

It is NOT intuitive at all, it is hard to figure out which button to press many times. There are menus that are hard to understand at first.

Starlims  positioned to be a long term operational solution.

Steep Learning Curve, but Very Useful After That.

That said our lab users found StarLIMS an incredible improvement over the application we used previously.

LIMS and Third party experience is very bad in term of services.

The system is a very useful software for our site. We have many module integrated with plan process.

The best thing about the STARLIMS software is that you can have an astronomical amount of information and it can be easily organized and accessed by multiple people.

If an item of evidence is not assigned a storage location it will never get picked up during the inventory, thus leaving our Dept. vulnerable for misappropriation.

Overall I enjoy the STARLIMS experience. The software is a powerful system that can run any laboratory in the world.

I also like the Alert system that pertains to specific equipment maintenance scheduling.
