Big regret
bad product backed up by arrogant and deceptive employees.
PROSThe experience started off really bad and just kept finding ways to get worse. Initially they consistently mislead us as the the actually features and benefits. Presenting as this stand alone, user friendly, almost self configuring service that would easily integrate the many devices that we have amongst our three clinics. In truth is arrives without a single thing configured, everything is expected to be done by the client. ALL configuration, device, labs, results, EMR config. dumped on client. Then immediately the spent over a month emailing the same person to do the same thing, despite no response week after week. Then after intervening .. in <10 days another work stop for no reason, was since MAY we tried to get it to work. NO Oh I was so excited having waited years for just such!!! How ridiculous did I feel when the hubris filled [SENSITIVE CONTENT] explaining: Norma Ranges : YES it will, but only ofter I spend couple week researching what I decide they should be for every age range and every potential component of every possible POC test that might be ordered from out three facilities. In truth the software comes expecting the client to configure every device, test, normal, LAN Port, IP-config, and on and on... themselves. YES, NORMALS, RIGHT AFTER YOU FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY ARE FOR EACH OF THE 100s components, then we are happy to schedule time in a few weeks to 'show me how I should do it.' ALL DEVIC
CONSOver a standard office staff ability, Requires you to learn/know LAN architecture and protocols. they never got it to work, and when pressed claimed it was the clients fault they were waiting on. me to do all my setup/configuration. So I configured everything per their own support/setup guides.. FAIL
