About GoLinks

GoLinks converts long, unattractive URLs into go links that are human-readable and may be used in browsers, emails, chats, and discussions. Teams of all sizes are relying more and more on cloud-based technologies to complete their job, but how they access those tools has largely remained the same. With personal bookmarks, employees are expected to control their own access to these programmes. Some businesses might have a huge list of resources in wikis or documents that contain pages and pages of URLs. Both of these solutions involve a lot of searching and hunting, which reduces productivity.

Time saver and easy to use!

I sit within People Ops, so to be able to share vital information on all things of the employee life cycle and office experience with GoLinks is a breeze. Not to mention creating easy to remember links as well for folks to visit over and over again. Really helps with communication efforts and increased engagement overall from employees

I love how easy this software is to use. This software cuts the time it takes for me to access a site in half! It's so quick and I love that.

Cons:

I'm not too fond of how many emails I get about my GoLinks usage because I don't care about it that much.

Ease of access to key company resources and information. Eliminates time spent scrolling through drives or bookmarks.

Cons:

Need to type in GoLink perfectly in order to be taken to the right spot. Auto-redirect would be helpful in case typos are made or the exact sequence of keywords isn't used.

The ability to create easy memorable URL shorteners that encourage habit forming. My colleague may not have to reach out to me directly if they remember the answers are located on go/answers, etc.

Cons:

I don't believe I have anything that I dislike about GoLinks!

I like that it is focused and does what I need it to do really well. The things I need that it does well are:- making links- managing old links- redirecting links

Cons:

Honestly only thing to dislike is the cost, as that's what made my org switch off
