Pros/Cons

Pros
Tagove supports instant chat. I haven’t found any trouble in the installation and the support was also great. I really recommend this extension to all.
The best features I have seen in this software are about video conferencing. It has an instant connection feature with high quality and you can record them without any other software installation.

Cons
I am using this software from last 6 months, but I have not faced any problem to use that. I know everything is not perfect in the world so please do availability in a mobile app.
As far as cons is concern, we haven't seen any specific.

It's so powerful and easy to use! It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.
This has been a great product for communicating things to our users! Easy to use and has a great support team!

Cons
The chat feature is great on intercom, but it can be tricky to navigate and find things when trying to use other features.
It can be hard to manage a ton of chats at once because there aren't a lot of ways to sort the chats and what not but overall I don't really have any complaints.
