I had problems reaching customer service when there was a problem and it wasn't always clear when there was a problem was it coming from my end or from the customer end.

While it's useful for its international wire transfer functionality, cost is higher than other similar service providers, UI is complex, and customer service is limbo.

In my opinion, this is perfect for companies who contract independent contract workers.

At one point, we were unable to send a certain zero dollar invoice which was frustratign because even though it had no monetary or collections effect, it interrupted out logging process.

We had to cut down on our users in the app because of the cost.

I like the notifications received when invoices are received and later when money is expected and then deposited into your account.

Once you get the hang of the program, it's pretty straightforward. Nice having everything in one place rather than scattered between many different programs.

There is always an annoying issue with bill.com.

I feel things started getting worse around the time they went public, but that could be a coincidence. Pricing has gone up considerably in recent years.

This was an insane requirement. If you want to use this for your vendors BEWARE! it is not convenient for us AT ALL.

I often talk to companies about bill.com because of the simplicity of the system. Bill.com allows us to keep a paperless system and the integration with Intacct works wonderfully.

Cost of the system if super inexpensive and the capabilities work smoothly with Quickbooks, very user-friendly and paperless.
