Great to get real time compliments via facebook and google from customers! our managers love it.

A consistent and inexpensive option for gaining reviews
Decent. Not outstanding, have had a fair amount of obstacles getting it set up for our multiple businesses. That being said, if you have a single location, this is a perfect inexpensive option.
PROSEasy to automatically request reviews from customers without staff involvement.
CONSThe Webchat function is pretty lacking, since it has a lead gate built into it. Also, the API integrations are challenging to set up.
Reasons for switching to Birdeye
Podium was really bad and expensive.

Valuable Time Wasted
It starts with a welcoming and persistent sales team but when it comes to bugs and troubleshoots, forget it. The only time it was working was the first few weeks (2-3) reviews that SuperDrive up, but I had some clients where their reviews didn’t even show up at all and they weren’t against Google’s policy. I’ve had a problem for 2 months now and paid over $600 USD for a product that doesn’t work. My Instagram isn’t syncing with Birdeye. Every time I schedule a call to fix the issue, the agent is either sick, unavailable or MIA. The bug fixes are not progressing and is only being tossed around like a hot potato. I’ve been trying to cancel my account and I have to schedule a call in my busy schedule to deal with just that. I can’t get through to anyone that can help me. The worse customer service and product. It’s costing me more for my small business.

Good experience. Good customer support.
Good experience. Seems to have great customer support. Integration is not too difficult and features outweigh other platforms. Price was not bad. Would recommend to others.
PROSHIPPA compliant messaging via text messaging and email. The ability to integrate reviews on different channels and listings management included. Customer support seems very good.
CONSThe review widget was difficult to implement onto our website due to Birdeye's code. Also, originally was told Facebook instant forms would auto populate in the Birdeye system but was later told it does not. No a big deal but would have loved to have that included. It also took longer to set everything up than expected.

Excited to be using the Birdeye platform
Reviews are the main reason Birdeye works for us. Seeing our reviews significantly increase is a quite exciting and helps other potential buyers read other consumers great experiences with shopping at our stores.

Great, easy software to get reviews
Great, we got about it 130 google reviews in 7 months
PROSIt is east to use, you can add many people to your account to manage, it is not much extra work to send out review requests to patients.
CONSWhen you send a txt message with a link to review, people type the review into the text message instead of clicking on the link, so I wish there was an automated response to that text saying “this is a personal txt message to Dr, please copy and paste your review to google by clicking the link above”

Great for Dentists
Biggest benefit has been a significant increase in reviews for our practices that have integrated with the software. They start to see immediate results that continue in the long-term as well.
PROSBest thing for us about Birdeye is the integrations with multiple dental patient management systems. Most offices don't want to take the time to learn a new platform so integration is key and Birdeye has the most options.
CONSSupport is all about closing tickets and not really about fixing problems.

Reasons for switching to Birdeye
Yext owns your profiles in the platforms so if you leave you have to start from scratch. Not good.

Birdeye: The Obvious Choice
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who was looking to grow their business online. 10/10
PROSMy favorite part about this software is how user-friendly it is. We work with small businesses and help them gain reviews, and it is so easy walking them through the system. Not only is it user-friendly but it is visually appealing when you are using the software, or even receiving a request from the system.
CONSI would like to see more opportunities with integration, and more hands-on help with solving issues when it comes to integrating.

Great Product
I have experienced a positive relationship with Birdeye. They are readily available when I have questions and they are making me aware of what other products are available should I need them.
PROSBirdeye delivered everything they promised, this is the best money we ever spent for marketing. People use social media constantly to make choices for where they purchase products, where they want to travel and definitely to find doctors in their area. Birdeye has brought our practice up to the forefront in how easily people can find us on the web. It is also great to have our patients give such great reviews, although we can't always make people happy its good to hear where we need improvement. I would highly recommend Birdeye for any business.
CONSBirdeye is very good about making sure we are happy with their product and want to meet on a regular basis, with the practice being very busy it is not always convenient to meet with them. This is a also a pro for this company in that they are always available and want to make sure we are content with their product.

Are you the best ?
Out overall experience has been tremendous! We really care about our patients. We are a husband and wife team and we treat them like our family. We have high skill level too and our team is dedicated too in treating and caring for each patient and when they ask patients to fill out the email when they get it after their appointment, it is always a 5 star review ! It is the best way to show new prospective new patients that are looking to come to a practice that want to be treated that way too ! They want to be listened too , not to be hurt,& they want to understand wants going on . They also want to be able to smile and feel good about themselves again. And do it in a way that they can afford it and we seem to make that work for them . And this birdeye reviews is a way that they express it to us . Get it ! Now ! Unless you suck .... then don’t because people will tell you but maybe that’s good too and then you’ll know that you need to step up your game or fire someone or maybe more than just someone maybe everyone and start over with a whole new team and a new mission statement..... wow ... food for thought
