Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like it for being so powerfull tool. You can use it fot very simple bots but also for super complex ones.

  • Easy of use, possibilities to make simple but also elaborated chatbots

  • Cons

  • You'll need probably one day before understanding/experiencing all you can do with this tool. So take time to watch/read tutorials.

  • No sequencing to start chatbot marketing: Follow-up people who subscribe to your bot with follow-up chatbot conversations.

  • Pros

  • Super flexible and easy to use. Lots of add on and very customasible. Good experience for the clients as well.

  • They offer a special deal for startups. I like how powerful the tools are and how they try to answer livechat questions without an operator present if possible. Seem to be improving all the time.

  • Cons

  • It can be hard to manage a ton of chats at once because there aren't a lot of ways to sort the chats and what not but overall I don't really have any complaints.

  • The pricing structure has gotten a little confusing over the years but can happen with a quickly innovating business
