  • Pros

  • This is perfect for small businesses as the chat feature available has a free option that has all the basic features. The paid version is a bit more advanced and provides lots of benefits.
  • Chatra allows me to chat with customers in real time to resolve their questions and it helps me increase sales.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the chat can lag and it may make you appear unprofessional if your customer doesn't realize that the lag is not on your end, but the software itself.
  • You have to pay to remove branding badges and links.

  • Very good CRM tool that helps visually track and display the growth of leads and opportunities in a company.
  • Pipedrive's free plan is great, you can get a good idea of whether the product is for you without actually spending a penny.
  • Cons

  • The worst part about the Pipe Drive platform is that you cannot customize the platform as much as you could with an enterprise level platform.
  • There is no key information once Pipedrive is down of who you can contact for support. I don't like the Lead section it really just sits there quite useless to us.
